How We Handle Your Details
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through the commission form. In short: it reaches our inbox, we use it to reply to you, and we neither sell it nor track you with it.
What we collect
Only what the form asks for: your name, your email address, the type of commission you choose, and the message you write. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.
Why we hold it
To read your inquiry, reply to it, and take any steps you ask for before a commission begins. We do not use your details for marketing and we send no newsletters.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message to our inbox and keeps a copy on its own systems for a short period — up to thirty days on the plan we use. Web3Forms acts as our processor for that step, and nobody else receives your details.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email for as long as the inquiry, and any commission that follows, is live — and after that only as long as we need it for our records. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser keeps two small preferences on your device — whether you chose the light or dark theme, and whether the opening animation has already played. Neither leaves your device and neither identifies you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to us and we will act on it. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
